Sauna, Steam & Tanning

Our spacious nordic sauna and steam rooms are located centrally between the two changing rooms and offer every member the chance to relax after a hard day's work, on their own or with friends. The spa rooms provide the perfect end to your visit and leave you feeling invigorated and ready to face the world again.

The Aurora vertical tanning booth offers the choice to those wishing to prepare for holidays or top up their tan. *We offer 3 and 6 minute sessions at £1 per minute. The tanning booth is available to members and non members and does not require pre booking.

*Before using the tanning booth, a personal record card must be completed at reception to help us provide you with sensible advice according to your skin type and record usage. We discourage over use of the tanning booth due to the obvious associated health risks.
