- The next stage is for you to complete your personal profile form, which will be submitted directly to your sminde coach. all information provided is treated in the strictest confidence and is not shared with any other person or company other than your personal sminde coach.
- Your sminde coach will contact you with your user name & password giving you access to the members area on the sminde web site.
- Your journey has now begun and your sminde coach will take you through the sminde course to help you on your way to long term weight loss.
- Members of tfd health club in Wantage will also benefit from a free weekly weigh in & exercise class.

How does sminde ® work?

Do I have to follow a diet plan?
No! sminde ® recognises that everybody has a lifestyle that is often shared with others and that having fun and enjoying life as well as working hard plays a vital part in you achieving your personal goals.
There are no restrictions or exclusions on food or drink, no calorie or point counting, no colour coded days and certainly no cabbage soup unless you really love it! A common sense approach, motivation & a balance of everything is all it takes.
In order to maintain a healthy body size, shape & weight you need to accept that it’s your responsibility to manage it. the 12 week course will coach you into understanding your own mind & actions to give you the courage to make the right decisions.
